The Bay Area Council Economic Institute and Albright Stonebridge Group invite you to a conversation on
Russia, Trump and Brexit: Navigating Uncertainty on Both Sides of the Atlantic
with
Jim O’Brien
Vice Chair, Albright Stonebridge Group
Former U.S. Special Presidential Envoy
Drawing on deep geo-political and diplomatic experience, Mr. O’Brien will discuss the policy and economic outlook for 2018, focusing on trans-Atlantic issues that have introduced new uncertainty into government and business strategies: Brexit, trade, data privacy, and Russia’s interference in both U.S. and European elections.
As Vice Chair of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy and commercial diplomacy group based in Washington, D.C., Mr. O’Brien leads the firm’s European practice and works extensively on issues affecting the information technology, entertainment, environment, media, consumer goods, and finance sectors. His current focus includes Russian disinformation campaigns, and censorship challenges in Europe, Russia, and Turkey.
