"Seven Seals is like the book with seven seals from the Bible\, a great mystery. Only a small number of people know exactly how the process of finishing whisky takes place." Seven Sails has developed a finishing process they call 'Fast Forward Finishing.' The result is an "aroma rich whisky in weeks instead of years." Around two weeks\, to be more precise.
