Join us for a panel discussion with local practitioners that will analyze the marketplace for initial coin offerings (ICOs) examining the strategic pros and cons of international and domestic jurisdictions for ICOs from regulatory, expedience and functional viewpoints.
Panelists will include partners Alfred Chia (Singapore), Nick Chan (Hong Kong) and Michael Fluhr (Silicon Valley), and will be joined by Andrew Ridenour, former special counsel to the CFTC and current GDAX counsel to Coinbase, who will offer additional thoughts on the benefits of tokens issued in each jurisdiction from the perspective of a cryptocurrency exchange (Coinbase) that may offer services with respect to such tokens.
The discussion will be moderated by San Francisco partner Matthew Miller.
