Turner & Townsend's 2019 International Construction Market Survey (ICMS) brings together data and experience from 64 global markets. It is our largest and most in-depth survey to date, drawing on construction data and analysis from real estate projects around the world, providing asset investors and owners with an even greater insight to the constantly changing dynamics of global construction activity. This year's key highlight will focus on San Francisco unseating New York from the top spot as the most expensive market to build.
Our hosts, Peter Capplis and Jonathan Elden, two Associate Directors from our San Francisco Office, will be presenting on key global trends, and taking a deep dive into the US market. This will be followed by an open discussion.
