Jun 4 International Construction Market Survey (Hosted by Premier Member Turner & Townsend)

Come join us for breakfast and a discussion about our 2019 International Construction Market Survey!

Turner & Townsend's 2019 International Construction Market Survey (ICMS) brings together data and experience from 64 global markets. It is our largest and most in-depth survey to date, drawing on construction data and analysis from real estate projects around the world, providing asset investors and owners with an even greater insight to the constantly changing dynamics of global construction activity. This year's key highlight will focus on San Francisco unseating New York from the top spot as the most expensive market to build.

Our hosts, Peter Capplis and Jonathan Elden, two Associate Directors from our San Francisco Office, will be presenting on key global trends, and taking a deep dive into the US market. This will be followed by an open discussion.
Jun 8 Children of the Vineyard Workers Scholarship Gala (Hosted by Corporate Members Wilson Artisan Wines)

When Ken and Diane Wilson founded the Children of the Vineyard Workers Scholarship Fund (CVWSF) eighteen years ago, they aimed to give back to a group of people who are critical to producing our outstanding wines, our vineyard workers. The Wilsons’ believe that they should not be limited by financial hardships in their pursuit of educational opportunities. Each year, Wilson Artisan Wineries provides more than a dozen scholarships to children of Sonoma County vineyard workers.

This year’s CVWSF gala will be held at Soda Rock Winery in Healdsburg, CA on Saturday June 8th, 2019. The gala enables the community to come together to raise funds ensuring that students in our agricultural community have access and support towards a higher education. With generous support from our donors we as a community can help realize the dreams of students seeking to better themselves academically.

This event sells out year after year. In 2019 guests will enjoy wine and hors d’ oeuvres, followed by an exquisite three-course dinner.
