The event will take place in 43 Business Journals all over the country involving about 8,600 women who will be mentored and another 1,700 women mentors. That means nearly 10,000 of the best and brightest women from Albany to Honolulu are taking part in strengthening the community of strong business women in America.

The event will offer the opportunity to choose from over 40 mentors who are the most influential women in the business community for one-on-one coaching sessions for seven minute conversations. Feb 28    2018 Funding, Exits and IPO's Presented by HSBC

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED.

Please plan to join us for the 7th Annual Funding, Exits and IPO's event on Wednesday, February 28th, 2018 at the Quadrus Center in Menlo Park.  This event typically sells out quickly and seating is limited so REGISTER TODAY!

2017 was an interesting year for technology companies and the Silicon Valley Venture Capital community. In terms of companies funded and total funds deployed it was the biggest year since the dotcom boom with $84bn invested in almost 12,000 deals.

While the global IPO market celebrated its? biggest year since 2007, US technology company IPOs struggled with just 11 technology going public through Q3 including Snap!, OKTA, Cloudera and Roku. It seemed that a lot of companies were finding ways not to go public but a solid push in Q4, with a further 19 IPOs, gave a more respectable look to the year.

With the stage looking set for a year of confidence and growth in 2018, the markets took a dive in early February. Does this change anything for the Venture Capital and Technology Company community in Silicon Valley? Will it impact any plans for companies to go public this year?

Join us for an evening of lively, engaging and fun discussions and hear more about how things might work out for the technology community in 2018 and get a chance to ask questions to our panel of Venture Capitalists. We will see how accurate their 2017 forecasts were and will try to pin them down to some 2018 predictions too!
