66th BABC Annual General Meeting 2022

BABC members are invited to join us on Wednesday, June 29th, 2022 for the 66th Annual General Meeting of the BABC Northern California to vote in the 2022-2023 Board of Directors, reflect on the activities of the BABC Northern California over the past year and mix and mingle with your fellow members! Only current and fully paid-up members are eligible to vote. If your dues are outstanding, please take a moment to pay them prior to sending in your ballot/proxy. Thank you. If you are not a member, but would like to join, click here to compare member benefits. Annual Membership level options are: PATRON - $10,000 p.a. PREMIER - $6,500 p.a. CORPORATE - $2,000 p.a. BUSINESS - $500 p.a. INDIVIDUAL - $200 p.a. YOUNG PROFESSIONALS - $100 p.a. Immediately following the Annual General Meeting will be a Member Appreciation Reception. Complimentary for members. Non-Members are invited to join us to learn about the BABC and how our organization may be able to help you. Non-Member tickets are $35 each. Should a non-member join on the evening of the AGM, a credit of $35 will be applied to your membership dues. VOTING INSTRUCTIONS: All active BABC Members' primary representatives can vote. If you will not be available to attend the AGM person, it is also important that you complete a Proxy Letter to ensure the meeting establishes a Quorum (51% of all members) to pass the vote, per our By-Laws. For ease, we will combine both the Proxy Letter and the Ballot in to one Docusign document. Kindly complete and submit by no later than June 22nd, 2022, one week prior. The Ballot and Proxy letter will be available soon on this webpage and will be emailed to all members. |
