Troy works closely with foreign owned businesses as well as individuals.  Currently he works with a significant number of key executives who work both within and outside of the US.  He is also heavily involved with the evaluation of the US tax implications of Passive Foreign Investment Company?s (PFIC).  His foreign clients are from about 25 different countries ?predominately Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, and Sweden.
 
Troy currently serves on the Young Professionals committee for the BABC. 
 
He graduated from University of Washington, Bothell in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and currently in the process of obtaining his Masters in Taxation from GGU.
