• Attendees and participants must provide name as it appears on Drivers License or Passport, Date of Birth and Gender in order to clear security at SFO;
• All guests have to check in at an AA Kiosk to obtain a Security Document, similar to that of a Boarding Pass to get through security;
• Participants must check in at the Admirals Club and will be required to sign off on the release form before videos are shot.
