Don is a prominent immigration attorney, a former candidate for Congress from Maryland, a former key Congressional Staffer and a former Senior Official in the U.S. Dept of State and Peace Corps in the Clinton administration. Don has directed international development programs, negotiated international agreements and advised government leaders and international organizations in 92 countries around the world.
