Anne Toth was most recently the Head of Technology Policy & Partnerships at the World Economic Forum and was a member of the founding leadership team at the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining the Forum, Anne was the Vice President of People & Policy for Slack Technologies, Inc. where she managed privacy, security, policy and compliance, along with people operations and recruiting. She joined Slack as the 50th employee and first woman executive hired at the world’s fastest-growing business enterprise software company.
Anne is a graduate of Wellesley College with a B.A. degree in Economics, and attended the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program.

Alisa Bergman is currently Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer at Adobe where she leads the Privacy, Trust & Safety team. Bergman has been a senior executive, global Chief Privacy Officer and law firm partner for the last 20 years. She has deep experience in privacy, data, emerging technologies, advanced advertising strategies, data security and incident response, data governance and information risk management, as well as legislative, regulatory and public policy matters, and government investigations. Prior to joining Adobe, Bergman was Senior Vice President and Chief Privacy Office at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Before coming in-house, she was a law firm partner in three leading privacy practices (DLA Piper, Venable and Dentons) in Washington, DC and Brussels.

Caitlin Fennessy is the Research Director at the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Caitlin also leads the IAPP’s privacy engineering initiative and serves as an in-house privacy expert.
Prior to joining the IAPP, Caitlin was the Privacy Shield Director at the U.S. International Trade Administration. Caitlin joined ITA in 2009 and spent the next ten years working on international privacy and cross-border data flow policy issues. Caitlin served an adjunct professor of international privacy law at the University of Maine School of Law in 2016 and 2015 and at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2014. Before her time at ITA, Caitlin worked in the National Security Division of the Office of Management and Budget and with the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Caitlin has a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton University and a bachelor’s degree in social policy from Northwestern University.

Christopher Lee is the Chief Privacy Officer for the United States Senate. In that role, he works to protect the privacy and data of Senators, staff, constituents, and the overall legislative process. Prior to rejoining the Senate, Chris was the Privacy Officer for the DHS Science & Technology Directorate - working to build privacy protections and guardrails into emerging technology projects ranging from biometrics to big data Analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning projects. Lee holds a JD from the Catholic University of America, and an MS and BS from the University of Maryland.
