NBC Bay Area Olympic Opening Ceremony Open Air Screening
NBC Bay Area & Downtown Redwood City will be celebrating the 2012 London Olympics with a live telecast of the Opening Ceremony. Join NBC Bay Area for the official Bay Area kick-off of the 2012 London Olympics with a short ceremony lead by British Consul General, Priya Guha and Olympian, Anne Cribbs--Executive Director Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee, who will jointly honor Bay Area Olympians.
Entertainment will fill out the rest of the evening with Blues music from Red White and Blues of Frank Bey and the Anthony Paule Blues Band, and live Olympic coverage on a high definition LED screen.
