As many organizations incorporate data and technology into their workplaces, new opportunities are arising to utilize people data to make companies better. Nevertheless, as retirement for many looks a little further off than it did a few years ago, can technology really help companies manage five generations of workers?
New employees entering the workplace can find themselves working alongside:
- Traditionalists, born prior to 1946;
- Baby Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964;
- Gen X, born between 1965 and 1976;
- Millennials, born between 1977 and 1997; and
-
- Gen 2020 or Gen Z, born after 1997.
When you consider the changes in the amount of knowledge available at our fingertips and the advent of social technologies, a workplace chasm is emerging, which is hidden in plain sight!
Join us for a thought leadership panel on April 1st when we discuss what this means for people data technologies and how employers attract, develop and engage employees across multiple generations.
