Danielle has worked in UK government for almost ten years serving in various capacities representing the policy, investment and interests of UK government. Danielle was the former Deputy Chief of Staff to the British Ambassador in Washington DC and has advised various elected officials in US and UK government. Currently, she works to bring new investors and economic growth to Northern Ireland supporting top tier technology companies.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Danielle received her masters degree in comparative ethnic conflict studying the Good Friday Agreement and the General Framework Agreement for Peace (Dayton Peace Accords).

Edward Grenville is a member of Inspire Business Law Group’s corporate and finance practice in San Francisco. Edward has more than 20 years’ experience representing a full range of capital providers as well as public and private companies, including emerging growth companies. He also has significant experience with companies that finance, lease or manage equipment.

I advise on all aspects of GDPR and data privacy laws to help clients navigate the increasingly complex global data privacy landscape. As VP of Business Development, I have been helping companies expand globally since 1999 and am well known in the San Francisco Bay Area for my expertise in the issues and challenges facing US companies as they venture overseas for the first time and for my ability to help them develop and execute successful international expansion plans. I have worked with hundreds of companies including Slack, Snowflake, Nutanix and Okta most of which have established UK based offices to drive their European expansion. In addition, I have spoken on panels at events discussing international expansion topics and presented workshops at events throughout the US for a variety of organizations including Dow Jones, CFO Roundtable, Financial Executives International, VC Task Force and TiE. 

I have been on the board at the BABC San Francisco since 2011, served as President from 2019-2022 and am currently the Chairman.
