Sue was instrumental in driving client participation by developing compelling commercial strategies and addressing critical operational and risk and compliance challenges through strategic partnerships, cross-functional collaboration and creative, scalable data/AI-driven solutions. She has led enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, processes and policies to support a secure, compliant global payment ecosystem, enabling trusted, scalable growth across regulated markets.
