Going public is a defining moment for any company. For many US growth companies, the instinct is often to list domestically, but London offers a compelling alternative.
In 2024, companies on the London Stock Exchange raised a remarkable US$32.5 billion, making it the fourth largest market globally, ahead of Frankfurt, Paris, and Amsterdam combined. Recent reforms have made London’s markets simpler, more flexible, and highly supportive of capital raising, M&A, and attracting international investment.
